Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

This policy explains what information the Brixton JAYS Bible Experience website collects and how it is used. It was developed by BNMS Empire Limited on behalf of Brixton Seventh Day Adventist Church Pathfinders ministry.

1. Information we collect

  • Registration details: children's names, group (Adventurer or Pathfinder), parent or guardian names and contact email addresses.
  • Study progress: chapters studied, practice game scores, points, coins, badges and study time.
  • Sign-in data: your family PIN (stored securely) and basic sign-in activity.
  • Support messages you send us through the contact form.

2. How we use it

Your information is used only to run the Bible Experience Challenge: registering families, tracking study progress, running the leaderboard, sending family PINs, and supporting children, parents and leaders.

3. How parents will be contacted

Parents and guardians will only be strictly contacted via email, and only regarding PBE and ABE resources and matters relating to the challenge, such as family PINs, weekly round-ups and programme updates. We will not use your details for anything else.

4. Sharing your information

None of your details will be shared with any third party other than the Directors and Leaders at the Brixton Seventh Day Adventist church Pathfinders ministry, who need them to run the programme.

5. Removing your data

If you want your data and information removed, please contact the allocated leaders at the church to request this. They will arrange for your family's information to be deleted from the platform.

6. Children's information

We collect only the minimum information needed for children to take part. Children's progress data is used for the leaderboard and study tools and is never shared outside the church leadership described above.

7. Cookies

We use only the essential cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in. See our Cookie Policy for details.

8. Who to contact

For privacy questions, email bnmsempire@gmail.com, use our contact form, or speak to the allocated leaders at the church.
